Italian baking #1 (in-person)

Duration: 3 hours (in-person class)

Please note a minimum number of 4 people is required for the class to take place. In the unlikely event that this does not happen, you will be rescheduled or refunded.



If you like the Italian cuisine, don’t miss the opportunity to master some traditional Italian bakings!

Learn new skills, have fun with a small group of people and take home everything you’ve been baking on the day.


  • We will start baking the Torta della Nonna, a staple of the Italian baking, made of a shortcrust pastry base, filled with pastry cream and topped with pine nuts. You will love this simple but reach and tasty tart.


  • We will continue with some Cantucci and I will teach you all the tips and tricks the bake the perfect ones.


  • Finally, we will be baking a Caprese cake, a traditional recipe from the island of Capri, on the Amalfi Coast. Its gooey texture reminds of a Brownie, bu tit’s an almond based cake, therefore suitable for a gluten-free diet
