“Valeria’s baking class was so interesting. We learned to bake 3 different items and she explained through each of them step by step. We were encouraged to ask questions and clear doubts. She also offered lot of baking tips, which made it better to understand why we are doing something a particular way. She also explains how to look for signs to know when the process is going right/wrong. Valeria made our group feel at home and offered wonderful coffee & biscotti during our break.
