Fabulous time! I had a surprise birthday macaroon workshop for the entire family and that was such an enlightening fun!Valeria is a fabulous teacher and a great chef! My daughters (10,10 and 13) were completely engaged in the entire process. The results are delicious and beautiful. Highly recommend for any type of celebration or a family get together.
My class was French Patisserie (my second class with Valeria). Valeria is welcoming and willing to share all her secrets to make a perfect dessert. The lesson was a bit challenging but always fun and engaging and Valeria follows you step by step. At the end of the class I really felt I mastered how to make Financiers, Eclairs and, my beloved, Macarons!
I actually tried two of the three recipes at home and they came out perfectly! Thank you Valeria!
I took one of Valeria's Baking Foundations Class.I am quite good at cooking, but baking has always been tricky for me- you need to understand the chemistry of the ingredients, learn how to use an oven and baking tools properly.Valeria is an expert baker and guides you through all these little details that make a difference. She helped me overcome a few basic mistakes I was repeatedly making.Her class was also easy to follow and fun at the same time.I highly recommend her classes to everyone, whether you are a complete beginner or you want to fine-tune your baking skills.
Having a baking class with Valeria @thesweetbit was one of the best baking classes ever. Valeria was very informative, patient, friendly and experienced.My next class with her is the fresh pasta and I can’t wait to do it.I highly recommend you try her classes!
