Description

  • Bake with me in this class and I will teach you how to make two delicious desserts to cheer up a gloomy winter! We will start the class baking a gooey chocolate persimmon cake

 

  • We will finalise the class making a classic Pannacotta, garnished with some orange caramel sauce.

 

INGREDIENTS:

double cream, sugar, salt, gelatine leaves, oranges, flour, almond flour, eggs, vegetable oil, milk, instant coffee, persimmons, hazelnuts

 

EQUIPMENT:

-electric mixer

-kitchen scale

-bowls and spatulas

-parchment paper

-23cm springform

-small saucepan

-small pots for the pannacotta
