- We will start baking a meringue Swiss roll, filled with whipped cream and fresh berries.
- After that, we will be baking an apricot cake, perfect to serve with a dollop of cream or a scoop of ice cream (please note that if apricot are not available, the cake will be baked with other summer fruits).
- We will wrap up with a lemon almond cake, where the sweetness of the white chocolate is balanced by the tanginess of the lemon juice and zest. This cake doesn’t contain flour, therefore it’s suitable for a gluten-free diet.
