Learn new skills, have fun with a small group of people and take home everything you’ve been baking on the day.


  • First, I’ll teach you to make the perfect shortcrust pastry for biscuits and tarts, as well as the technique to weave a beautiful lattice.


  • We will then bake a delicious hazelnuts bundt cake, delicious as it is or garnished with a chocolate glaze.


  • Finally, we will be baking some very traditional soft Amaretti biscuits, the best companion to a cuppa!
