Join this class to master two absolute staples of the French patisserie! We are going to bake together

  • Traditional eclairs, filled with pastry cream and finished with chocolate glaze. I will also give you some tips to realise other filling variations

 

  • We will continue with some madeleines, flavoured with cardamom and orange zest and dipped in white chocolate
