Come and join me in my home kitchen for a fun-filled workshop, where you will learn the art of baking some classic Christmas desserts with a different twist!

Discover how to create a scrumptious red velvet bundt cake with cream cheese glaze, some unmissable frangipane topped mince pies and some delicious browned butter gingerbread madeleines.

Don’t worry if you’re new to baking, I’ll guide you every step of the way, making sure you feel comfortable and confident in the kitchen. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you’ll pick up the techniques and tips shared during the workshop.

If you are a seasoned baker, instead, this class will be the perfect occasion to take your baking skills up a notch.

Using high-quality ingredients, you’ll learn the secrets behind achieving the perfect texture, flavour and presentation.

The atmosphere of this small-sized class is relaxed and friendly. You’ll have the opportunity to socialise with other baking enthusiasts as you work in pairs creating delicious treats.

By the end of the workshop, you will have not only gained new baking skills but also have a collection of delectable goodies to take home and share with your loved ones.



  • How to make the perfect red velvet batter for cakes, cupcakes and bundt cakes
  • How to prepare and nail the consistency of cream cheese glaze
  • How to make a perfect pie dough, roll out and shape into small pies
  • How to cook and store your own mince meat flavoured with seasonal spices
  • How to make an almond frangipane filling for tarts and pies
  • How prepare browned butter for sweet and savoury preparations

*Minimum age*
Unless booked as a private session, this class requires a minimum age of 14-years-old for attendance. Exceptions to this age requirement must be agreed in advance. However, everyone in the kitchen needs to have their own individual paid spot regardless of age.
